Diablo 4 Season 13 gold farming guide: run fast Infernal Hordes, sell valuable loot, stack Whispers, and pick routes that boost XP, gear, and gold without wasting town time.

If you're trying to build a serious gold pile in Season 13, don't treat farming like some dull job you do after the fun part. That's where a lot of players go wrong. Gold should come in while you're levelling, gearing, testing builds, and smashing through content you can actually clear fast. If you're short on time or want a cleaner start, services like EZNPC are often used by players looking for game currency or useful items, but in normal play the same rule still stands: speed beats pride. If a dungeon takes forever, it's not profitable. Drop the tier, clear faster, and keep moving.

Clear speed matters more than bragging rights

You'll notice it pretty quickly once you stop chasing the hardest thing on the map. A lower-tier activity that you crush in five minutes can pay better than a nightmare slog that takes twice as long. More kills means more drops. More drops means more gold, materials, and tradeable pieces. It sounds boring, but it works. Pick content where your build feels smooth. No panic potions every pack. No standing around waiting for cooldowns after every elite. You want enemies grouped up, routes that don't waste your time, and enough density that your bags fill before you even think about it.

Infernal Hordes are still a strong money maker

Infernal Hordes are one of the easiest ways to turn regular play into steady income. The mode gives you action, loot, crafting materials, and a clean way to convert leftover Aether into gold. Don't overthink every last choice at the end of a run. If the gear rewards look weak and your build doesn't need anything specific, putting that spare Aether into gold is often the smart play. The catch is simple: don't run a tier that slows you down. If you're kiting too much or dying once every few waves, you're paying for it in lost time. Smooth runs make the money.

Stop salvaging everything on sight

Plenty of players still hit salvage all like it's muscle memory. Fair enough, everyone needs mats early on. But after a while, your stash starts filling with materials you're barely using, while your gold keeps disappearing into enchanting, crafting, and upgrades. That's when you should start selling more gear to vendors. Take a second before you visit the blacksmith. If an item isn't useful and you don't badly need the materials, sell it. Weapons and certain armour pieces can add up faster than people expect. It's not flashy. It won't feel like a huge win after one run. After a long session, though, you'll feel the difference.

Stack rewards and keep your route clean

Whispers, fast dungeon loops, elite-heavy zones, and seasonal activities all work better when you stack objectives. If you can finish a Whisper while clearing dense packs and picking up sellable gear, that's a good route. If the layout sends you backwards through empty halls, skip it next time. Trading can make you rich if you've got the patience, and some players also compare market prices for Diablo 4 Gold when planning their time, but for most people the best habit is simpler: kill fast, sell smart, avoid slow maps, and don't let ego choose your difficulty.
