🎯 Moderator Responsibilities

Monitor content and comments to enforce community guidelines

Engage with members respectfully and maintain a welcoming tone

Resolve or escalate issues thoughtfully and fairly

Support community engagement by prompting discussions and sharing updates

Help with content upkeep, spam prevention, and occasional announcements

✅ Qualifications

Passion for the Ara Damansara community and shared space values

Familiarity with the website and basic moderation experience is a plus

Strong communication and fair judgment

Availability to log in periodically and stay active in your chosen section

Malaysian resident or long‑term local about Ara Damansara preferred
