When creating a listing in the Buy & Sell section, you MUST use the following format to ensure clarity and fairness:

✅ Required Listing Format:
        1.        Item Name
        •        Clearly state the exact item (brand, model, version, etc.)
        2.        Condition
        •        Be honest and specific:
        •        New / Like New / Excellent / Good / Fair / Poor
        •        Mention any defects, missing parts, or functional issues.
        3.        Price
        •        State the price in your local currency.
        •        Clearly mention if it’s negotiable, firm, or includes shipping.
        4.        Location
        •        City and state/province/country.
        •        Specify if local pickup is required or if you’re willing to ship.
        5.        Reason for Selling
        •        Briefly explain why you’re letting it go (e.g., upgrade, no longer needed, duplicate item, etc.)
        6.        Pictures
        •        Upload actual, recent photos of the item.
        •        Must include at least 1 clear images from different angles.
        •        No stock images allowed unless it’s brand new and sealed.

📌 Additional Rules:
        •        No fake or misleading posts: All information must be accurate.
        •        No commercial selling or third-party sales unless you’re a verified vendor.
        •        Respect buyer/seller communication: Respond promptly and respectfully.
        •        Scams will result in permanent ban and reporting to authorities if applicable.
        •        Once sold, please mark your item as “SOLD” or request a mod to close the thread.
        •        Bumping allowed once every 12 hours. Excessive bumps will lead to post removal.
